You do not need a big budget to make Meta Ads work. You need fewer campaigns, better creative and honest tracking. Here is how I structure small-budget accounts.
A small budget fails when it is spread thin. Concentrate it.
Run one campaign, not five Meta needs data to learn. Splitting 10,000 rupees across five ad sets gives each one too little to optimise. One campaign, one or two ad sets.
Creative does most of the work The targeting matters less than it used to. A scroll-stopping first frame, a clear offer and readable text in the customer's own language will outperform clever audience stacking.
Test three creatives, not thirty Three genuinely different angles: problem-focused, offer-focused, proof-focused. Let them run a week before judging.
Track the thing that matters Not likes. Set up a lead form or WhatsApp click as the conversion event so you can see cost per enquiry, not cost per impression.
Review weekly, not daily Daily edits reset the learning phase and waste money. Check once a week, cut the worst creative, scale the best.
